Magical Mirai 2019 Blu-ray & DVD Scheduled for Release on January 8, 2020

The first performance for the Magical Mirai 2019 concert has yet to happen, but that isn’t stopping Crypton Future Media from announcing the release date for the Blu-ray and DVD of the show! Both are scheduled for release on January 8, 2020 with pricing as follows:

Limited Edition Blu-ray: ￥9,000 JPY + tax

Regular Edition Blur-ray: ￥5,800 JPY + tax

Limited Edition DVD: ￥8,000 JPY + tax

Regular Edition DVD: ￥4,800 JPY + tax

The Blu-rays and DVDs are planned to be a recording of the final show in Tokyo, and the limited edition packages are to contain an extra disc with recordings of songs that were not performed during the final Tokyo show.

Pre-Order Campaign

The Magical Mirai 2019 Limitd Edition Blu-ray and DVD can be pre-ordered between August 9, 2019 at 12:00 PM, and September 16, 2019 at 11:59 PM (JST).

Those who pre-order can further receive one of the following:

1) A B3-size tapestry of the package visual

OR

2) A giant tote bag with the package visual

The option on the left (worth ￥9,900 JPY) is for the limited edition blu-ray while the option on the right (worth ￥8,800 JPY) is for the limited edition DVD.

On the order page, in the box where it says “TOKYO MX モール限定特典,” the top option saying “B3タペストリー” is for the tapestry while the bottom option saying “でかトートバッグ” is for the tote bag. You can freely choose either option.

All pre-orders of the Limited Edition Blu-ray or DVD will come with the following:

1) A Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka open-sided disc sleeve case

2) A special book (content TBA)

3) A special item (TBA)

4) A bonus disc containing

• Live and making-of videos
• Digest video
• Magical Mirai 2019 DAILY SONGS (live performances of songs that were not performed during the last show in Tokyo)
