The first revealed design is an original outfit for Miku, designed by Rella! Here’s their commentary explaining what inspired them:
“Writing from the hospital sanatorium, where the mood here feels refreshing and comforting enough to help me recover from my wounds. That’s what inspired me to design this nurse-like outfit with flowers and butterflies worked into it, giving off the vibe of Miku being in some quiet and secretive place. It’s really fitting for 25 o’clock by Night Code, isn’t it?”
The next revealed outfit that Miku will be wearing Project SEKAI was designed by 森倉円 / Morikura En, who has this to say:
“I was going for a chic and cute-looking vibe, adding color accents to a chiefly black and white dress. I really like how the belt and corset turned out, which were the somewhat hard parts, and how the silhouetted frills on her back almost look like they’re flowing.”

The next outfit reveal is not just for Miku, but also for Toya Aoyagi of Vivid BAD SQUAD! The outfits were designed by たま / Tama, who expressed the following:
“When I was thinking up outfits themed around traditional Japanese clothing, Tanabata came rushing into my mind, so I then designed them with a Tanabata motif. I think the idea of outfits coming from the night sky is quite a nice one!”

Now the developers have revealed new outfit designs by apapico for all of the male characters in Project SEKAI: Akito Shinonome, Tsukasa Tenma, Toya Aoyagi, and Rui Kamishiro! Here’s what they have to say about the designs:
“The designs for the two teams are quite different from one another, so I had to design them while keeping in mind the balance between ‘street’ and ‘fancy’ in order to incorporate both styles.”
“I hope to soon see them appear and animate for real in the game!”

Revealed today are new designs for Miku and Minori Hanasato of MORE MORE JUMP! by 村上ゆいち / Murakami Yuichi! Here is what the artist had to say about the designs:
“My aim was to have the flower motif permeate through every aspect of the outfits. Using the image of fairies gathering around flowers as my base, I designed them to give off that extra bit of energetic vibe so that they’d feel more like idols.”

Another new outfit design for Miku in Project SEKAI has been revealed! This one was created by buzz who has this to say:
“I designed her to look chic with the ‘princess knight’ theme. I also made sure that her tailcoat-like hem and ribbon accessory were cut in the same shape.”

Today, we get to see new outfits for Miku and Airi Momoi and by nezuki! Here’s their commentary:
“Through this design, I tried to capture a mysterious, Alice-in-Wonderland-like world, inlaying items with playing card colors into a fluffy and light-colored dress.”
“I’m rather fond of the skirt shaped like a mushroom umbrella.”
**UPDATE ON DECEMBER 29, 2019**
The latest revealed designs for Miku and Toya come to us from TNSK who has this to say about the design!
“When creating something under the ‘Steampunk’ theme, I tend to gravitate towards a universally recognized image of the genre. I thus designed these outfits to contain the genre elements while throwing my own originality into the mix. I then mixed in icons with a more modern take on the genre, the ‘Proto’ one being a favorite of mine. How I now wish I could have that jacket for myself…”
