New Groove Coaster Arcade and Mobile Updates Announced
Groove Coaster’s Arcade and Mobile versions are having some cool new Vocaloid- and Voiceroid- related updates! As an avid player of the game, I’m definitely excited! Let me show you what’s new~
First up we have a set of new navigators and avatars for the arcade version! In Groove Coaster 4Max Diamond Galaxy, there will be a campaign starting on April 9th at 8:00 (JST) which will allow you to unlock these awesome characters to use within the game:

Flower’s Talk and V4 designs are both done by △◯□× (Miwashiba) respectively. Avatars are used on the “coaster” in-game, and act as the point with which you match the beats in the songs. Navigators will talk to you as you play the game, such as when you are selecting songs. All of the designs are really cute, and I know I’d want to add the to my collection! You’ll be able to get these by playing songs lots and lots (according to the VTuber Mirai Akari, who is also being added as part of this event), and the campaign will be on until 11th May 2020 at 5:59 (JST) so make sure to try your best!
In conjunction with the addition of these new characters, each character is bringing a new song for players to try!

Artist corner – honourable mentions
As well as this, you may notice something interesting about the artist for the VTuber Mirai Akari, who will also be debuting in the game… she was illustrated by none other than KEI, the original illustrator for Vocaloids Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin and Len, Megurine Luka, Galaco and Lily!
And as a little extra info, Groove Coaster will also be doing a collaboration with Arcade game WACCA S, so we should definitely expect there to be Vocaloid-related news for this too pretty soon! The artist for Wacca S’ representative character “Elizabeth” is also none other than LAM, who was the illustrator for the Vocaloid song GIMME X GIMME, and much more!
