Yuezheng Ling 2020 Birthday Celebrations, EP Now Available
April 12 is Yuezheng Ling’s birthday! Fans have actually been celebrating since last month with 5th anniversary fan art on Weibo, an online content contest on Bilibili and much more!
You can find Ling’s 5th anniversary website here, and read below for what fans can now do to celebrate the Vsinger’s birthday!
Online Support Game
Fans can access and play a game online to send Ling some love letters (or you can think of them as “letters of support” if you’re the bashful type)!
During the game, you can pick and choose from among 12 different illustrations of Ling used in the PV for various songs that she sings, and even listen to said songs!
When you reach the step when you can listen to your selected song, you have 20 seconds to click on the love letter icon to send as many of them to her as you can, then click on the lower left button saying 应援告白 (confess support).
The challenge is to get 412,000 love letters sent to Ling. If successful, then a commercial for Ling will be aired on TV monitors throughout Shanghai Metro on her birthday! Will they succeed? Time will soon tell!
In the last step of the game, you can write any message you want to Ling, then input your Weibo user ID and send the letter off to the birthday girl!
**UPDATE ON APRIL 15, 2020**
The game succeeded and Ling got 412,000 love letters! That means passengers riding the Shanghai Metro could watch the commercial for Ling, and fans can also now watch clips of it online below!

Yuezheng Ling Birthday Gift Box
New merchandise using official birthday illustrations of Ling by TID, Catcan, Ratto and Haku白 is now available for fans to pre-order! The full set below will cost ￥168 RMB and it’s planned for release around late April or early May.

Upcoming Merchandise
Fans may notice the distinct absence of an acrylic stand for Ling’s birthday gift box, something which is usually a staple piece of merchandise for other Vsinger birthdays. A post on Ling’s official Weibo confirms that one is being made, but is delayed is due to the design being rather complex this time, and also due to the COVID-19 epidemic slowing down production in the factories.
A concept illustration for the stand was revealed in the post to whet fans’ appetites until it will be ready for release though!
**UPDATE ON MAY 15, 2020**
The Yuezheng Ling badge, portrait, and acrylic stand with detachable parts have been revealed, and will be on sale starting on May 16, 2020!

QQ Stickers
Those who have the QQ app installed on their mobile devices can now download and use cute birthday Ling stickers using illustrations by Haku白! Find them by doing a search for “乐正绫生日表情” in the app!

Finally, a brand new mini-album called 告白诗 / LOVE LETTER featuring original Ling songs was made available on NetEase Music today for ￥8 MB!
