Cangqiong’s birthday coming soon, new teasers from Quadimension
Cangqiong is the oldest sister in MEDIUM5 family, and her big day is coming up very soon! Despite the fact that it’s still relatively early for birthday announcements, Quadimension has decided to drop some teasers for her fans.
New Album
That’s right, there is a new album in the works: the title is scheduled to be revealed during Cangqiong’s birthday on May 20th, 2020!
The company has shared the album cover art teaser on their fanpage, featuring three goddess-like figures. For now, we can only make assumptions, but the album will most likely contain our birthday girl (Cangqiong), Chiyu and Stardust. Upon closer inspection, you may start to wonder if the spiky environment in the background of the image is truly what it seems to be, because if you flip said image upside-down, you’ll be able to see what looks like a city-scape, potentially containing a cathedral too!
This is all merely speculation, and we’ll surely find out more soon, since the completed, unblurred artwork is likely to be revealed soon.
Quadimension also stated that the name of the album will differ from the previous album title, 丛林法则 / Jungle Rules, and will return to a more traditional format used for their previous albums. That being said, the trend of four-character idioms being used for album titles will be preserved. Stay tuned to Cangqiong’s official Weibo page to learn what it will be called!

Two new videos featuring Cangqiong are also scheduled to be uploaded on her birthday! Unfortunately, we don’t know the exact song titles for now, but feel free to share your thoughts and theories with us!
