Synthesizer V Muxin Now Available for Pre-order

Back on July 14, the official MEDIUM⁵ Weibo made a cryptic post announcing what looked like a new character.

The text for the post text read as,

“One set staying home, one set wilderness survival. Now 14, but 16 in the game….

?”

And on the picture itself, we can see:

The header text saying “Medium⁵ 2050”
The name 牧心 / Muxin
The description “Game character design”
Artwork credit to 枫叶 / Maple

As for what kind of character Muxin will be – a game project character? A new voice bank character? Something else? – that was anybody’s guess for a long time.

However, soon afterwards, the Utaite known as 佑可猫 / Yuuka Neko started making posts on social media revealing that he is the voice provider for Muxin, whom he says will be the next MEDIUM⁵ Synthesizer V character from Quadimension!

“♡♡!!! Mama is here!!! Mama has been waiting for you for so long!!!”

Of course, nothing official about Muxin has been made available from Quadimension themselves… until today.

Now on Quadimension’s Synthesizer V Studio pre-order page on their official Taobao Store is none other than Muxin’s product, and it states that he will be released on August 15, 2020!

Currently, the product page description still lists the “New male voice bank and female voice bank” as a big question mark, but they may make an official announcement soon. This at least confirms Yuuka Neko’s announcement that Muxin will indeed be a new Synthesizer V voice bank!
