Hatsune Miku POP UP SHOP in TOWER RECORDS coming soon!

The newest exciting shop collab featuring the piapro characters isn’t far away, after just being announced today, October 1st 2020. This time we’re going to see our favourite group of 6 rocking it out as a hardcore (aka super cute) music band, hence why the event will be taking place inside TOWER RECORDS stores, in collaboration with Amnibus! TOWER RECORDS is a store specialsing in anything music related – including CDs, books and magazines, as well as merchandise for the wide variety of musical artists who have their music housed there. With Miku and the gang being the main representatives of one of the most prolific musical technological developments in our lifetime, we shouldn’t be surprised that this collaboration is taking place. The main illustration for this event was created by tarou2, who you may recognise from their sub-visual illustration they made for the Hatsune Miku GALAXY LIVE show which took place last weekend!

For fans who visit any of the participating stores for this collab and spend 2000 yen, you’ll receive one of 7 special bromides featuring the featured illustration:

※ Purchases made on the TOWER RECORDS online store will NOT be eliigible.

※ Only the merchandise listed in this article is able to make up the ¥2,000 to get a bromide. Other non-collab items aren’t elligible.

※ It is not possible to add up multiple separate payments for the sake of getting more bromides.

※ These will be distributed on a first come first serve basis, so you’ll have to act fast before they run out.

Twitter campaign

As well as all this, there will be a retweet campaign being held on Twitter to commemorate this new event! One winner will be chosen as the overall winner and will receive a full set of the aforementioned bromides!

Make sure to follow the official TOWER RECORDS Anime Twitter, as well as the Official Amnibus Twitter account in order to participate once the campaign begins!

General information

The collab will begin on October 16th, and will last until November 3rd 2020. It will be open from 11:00 to 21:00 unless otherwise stated on their website and social media. Advance reservations of merchandise will begin on the TOWER RECORDS online store from noon on October 9th.

It’s probably useful to mention that, despite this event going forward in Japan, it is still necessary to adhere to any coronavirus guidelines. TOWER RECORDS asks that you make sure to wear a facemask at ALL times when visiting their stores, to wash your hands at any designated washing stations or bring your own hand sanitiser and use it, to try your best to socially distance in-store. Your temperature will be taken at the entrance, and if your temperature reaches or exceeds 37.5 degrees, you will not be allowed to enter the store. This also goes for anyone having any other flu-like symptoms.
