Concept
GIN-IRO-NEKO TEA SALON is a company with its main branch in Ginza, Tokyo, which prides itself on producing unique and refreshing teas which evoke the true feelings of “enjoyment”, including plenty of versions based on characters from the world of anime and manga! Considering that they only set up shop in 2020, they’ve already handled collaborations for popular series like Persona 5 (Royal), Osomatsu-san, Prince of Tennis and Attack on Titan!
This new set of teas for the piapro characters is intended to reflect each character using carefully selected blends of flavours. Which one will be your favourite? There’s only one way to find out!
The teas
Hatsune Miku
Small tin | Letter package
- Kiwi, papaya, pineapple, apple, Chinese peony, cornflower, muscat
A juicy, fruity tea, blended with the mildly sweet dried fruits.
The Apple and kiwi add a natural air when paired with the luscious papaya.
You can almost hear the sound of a girl’s voice as the smell of muscat grape wafts into the air.
This is a blend of tea with a dignified charm of sparklingly pure taste.

Kagamine Rin

- Pineapple, papaya, mango, lemon peel, marigold, safflower, acerola flavour, bergamot
Mango enriched with plenty of sunshine, topped with the refreshing sourness of lemon peel.
The fresh sweetness of fully ripened pineapple alongside the unfolding of light bergamot fragrance reminding you of a beautiful, bright smile.
The lovely golden yellow flowers of the marigolds give the tea cute colour.
It is a blended tea bursting with sweetness that makes you feel energised simply by its brightness.

Kagamine Len

- Papaya, pineapple, mango, apple, chamomile, safflower, apricot flavour
Apple that brings back feelings of youth, alongside mango which has been enriched with plenty of sunshine and the fully ripe freshness of pineapple.
The amassing (flourishing) fragrance of natural apricot there is reminiscent of a charming smile.
Small white flowers house the simple flavour of chamomile.
A blended tea bursting with sweetness and a vivid brightness which encourages you heart.

Megurine Luka

- Darjeeling tea, strawberry, rose, chinese peony, heath, lavender, peach flavour
A darjeeling tea with a refined aroma and faint astringency which has been combined with lovely strawberries.
The roses, chinese peonies and heath, as well as lavender give the tea a lovely colour – a selection of flowers that look pleasant to the eye.
The clear fragrance of white peach spreads so elegantly.

MEIKO

- Red Rooibos tea, rose hip, elderberry, raisin, hibiscus, wine flavour
The calming taste of red rooibos tea is layered gently with the sincere sour taste of rose hips.
Somewhere you get the comforting sign of the rich and tender sweetness of elderberry and raisins.
And with that, an aroma of white wine spreads softly, giving it an air of maturity.

A mellow, no nonsense green rooibos tea combined with cool peppermint.
