Luo Tianyi Performs in the Vivo S9 Livestream
On March 3rd, 2021 at 7:30 PM (CST), Vivo aired a livestream unveiling their S9 series of mobile phones. It was quite the grand unveiling with live performances by celebrity spokespersons, which included none other than Luo Tianyi!

Tianyi’s performance was preceded by those of the five other Vivo S9 performers: W8VES于贞 / Ingrita, 太一 / Tai Yi, 方锦龙 / Fang Jinlong, 李雪琴 / Li Xueqin, and 苏恋雅 / Sulianya.
VOCALOID fans may say that they saved the best for last!
Before it was Tianyi’s turn, Fang was the one who noticed the Tianyi plushie on the table where all the performers were seated, signaling who the final performer of the night would be!
Fans may remember how Fang previously performed with Tianyi onstage during the Bilibili year-end party back on December 2019. Therefore, he was no stranger to the virtual singer!
Tianyi’s performance started out modest at first with similar stage effects and lighting as the other performers. But then it quickly got more involved when a giant multi-colored ball of light appeared above her and the background took on a distinctly underwater scene, just like from the original song PV!
And did we mention all the giant holographic dolphins swimming around her? It wouldn’t be a Vsinger performance without them going above and beyond with the flashiness!
Of course, as if to remind us that it’s not a Vsinger concert, but a Vivo S9 promotional performance that we’re watching, images of the phone appeared all throughout!
Then Tianyi’s performance – and the whole livestream – concluded with images of all six performers appearing along with the S9 campaign motto, #照亮我的美 (roughly meaning “Illuminating My Beauty”)!
Well done to Tianyi, Vivo and all the performers on a most excellent livestream! We look forward to seeing what Tianyi’s next major collaboration and promotional campaign will be!
