1st Place and Fans Get Ready for IA’s 10th and OИE’s 7th Anniversary Celebrations
January 27th, 2022 will mark the 10th anniversary for IA, and the 7th anniversary for OИE! 1st Place and fans alike are all excited for the big day, and there are even ways for the latter to help get the world fired up for all things IA!

Illustration Campaign
1st Place has announced that there will soon be a special 10th anniversary webpage set up for IA, as well as a special programme scheduled to air on the IA & OИE Virtual Broadcast YouTube channel on January 27th. What’s more, fans have the chance to see their works featured on both!
To make this happen, IA & OИE’s official Twitter account is now holding an illustration recruitment campaign. Through this campaign, fans may see their IA 10th anniversary fan art and celebratory comments featured on the upcoming special programme and webpage!
Campaign Entry Details
- Follow the official IA & OИE Twitter account (@IA_ONE_Official)
- Post a birthday illustration of IA with a celebratory comment on Twitter with the hashtag #IA10th_イラスト
- Receive a direct message from the IA & OИE Twitter account confirming your entry
※If the message does not come after a few days, you may directly message the IA & OИE Twitter account to inquire
Deadlines
For the chance to see your illustration and account name shown during the end roll credits of the special programme, you must enter the campaign by January 24 at 18:00 JST
For the chance to see your illustration and comment posted on the special anniversary webpage, you must enter the campaign by the end of November, 2022
Caution Points
- Please post your illustration by January 24th at 18:00 JST if you wish for it to be shown during the end roll credits of the special programme. Any illustrations posted after that deadline will not be eligible for featuring during the programme, only for the special webpage.
- This campaign is only accepting illustrations with just IA in them.
- If 1st Place deems your illustration to be too excessive for the campaign, then they may invalidate your entry.
- If your Twitter account is locked, then 1st Place will not be able to confirm your entry. Please ensure that your account is not locked.
- For those who enter before January 24th at 18:00 JST, there is the possibility for both your illustration being shown during the end roll credits of the special programme, and for your comment on Twitter being shown and read out loud. Please keep this in mind as you make your entry.
- 1st Place will only use your illustration for this campaign. There is the possibility that they may directly message your Twitter account if they wish to use it for any other purpose.
- The name that your illustration will be credited to is your Twitter account name.

And speaking of the special programme, 1st Place has announced that there are not just one, but two parts to this year’s event! Here’s when and where you can catch them:

During the programmes, the hosts will be looking back at IA’s past decade, as well as kick off the brand new projects that she will soon begin. They’ll be speaking with famous VOCALOID producers, make big announcements about the IA 10th Anniversary project, and even perform brand new songs for us!
In addition to all the 10th anniversary excitement, just like every year, IA and OИE will be celebrating their birthdays together during the anniversary event. This year, the ARIA sisters will be performing a parody for a certain quiz game with telephone and audience help lines called “ARIONAIRE” (likely a parody to Who Wants to be a Millionaire), and another parody called “First Take??” (possibly a parody to THE F1RST TAKE YouTube channel).
And before each part, fans will get to listen to DJ 悠雨 / Yuu perform some celebratory DJ sets!
Finally, the livestream of the program will be Super Chat enabled, allowing viewers to make comments and a little monetary donation!
IA and OИE’s birthdays are a special occasion every year, but a 10th anniversary for a voice synth character comes only once, making this upcoming birthday one that IA fans absolutely cannot miss.
