Hatsune Miku Digital Stars Tour Cancellation and New Album
Unfortunately we aren’t terribly surprised to hear that another set of concerts, that of the Hatsune Miku Digital Stars Tour in Japan, have been cancelled over Covid-19 concerns.
An alternative online event is being considered, which will hopefully give international Miku fans the opportunity to enjoy the fun too!
Compilation Album announcement
As well as this, the Digital Stars 2020 compilation album will be released this August (as shown in the tweet above). A limited edition album which comes with a can badge featuring the jacket illustration (designed by apapico) will also be made available. It’s currently listed on the website for ¥2500, although further information about a price difference between the regular and limited edition version isn’t known as of writing.

**UPDATE**
It has been announced that the compilation album will be released on Karent on August 26!
Furthermore, the event’s theme song, Wonder Style by colate, will be available on digital music distribution services like iTunes!
