Kyomachi Seika’s Synthesizer V Crowdfunding Campaign Now Live
Hot off the heels of Tsuina-chan’s crowdfunding campaign for development of her Synthesizer V voice bank, we now have another crowdfunder with a similar goal of getting a Synth V singing voice bank for a VOICEROID character – this time being for Kyomachi Seika!

Kyomachi Seika Singing Voice Creation Project
The crowdfunder was first announced alongside the project called the “Kyomachi Seika Singing Voice Development Project (京町セイカ歌声創造プロジェクト)” on December 21, 2020, revealing the campaign that would be starting in just two days from then!

According to the crowdfunding page, Seika believes that she can reach more people, and get them to know about and visit Seika Town more effectively through music. Songs have the power to remain in people’s hearts and mind, more so than just words, which is why Seika now wants to sing!
**UPDATE ON JANUARY 11, 2021**
The crowdfunder has now reached its first goal, confirming Seika’s Synthesizer V development!
Crowdfunding Goals
Goal 1: ￥4,000,000 JPY
If the first goal is met, then the following projects will commence:
1. Create a song voice database
With a song voice database, Seika’s Synthesizer V voicebank can be made! Furthermore, her Synth V product can be used to create more rewards for donors to her Seika Town Hometown Tax Settlement campaign, just like how her VOICEROID product is already being used for that purpose.
2. Design illustrations for her box art
Seika will be working with famous artists from Taiwan to design artwork to use for her song voice database packaging and more! The artists are:
3. Create official tachie artwork
blueberry, the artist behind Seika’s official chibi illustrations, will be commissioned to create more tachie (character portrait) illustrations of Seika to use in Seika Town promotional campaigns, videos, etc.
4. Create original goods
Using the above-mentioned illustrations, Seika wishes to create original merchandise to give back to donors in her crowdfunding campaign.
Goal 2 ￥4,500,000 JPY: More voice sample files
If the second goal is met, then more of Seika’s voice samples for use with VOICEROID videos will be made.
Goal 3 ￥5,500,000 JPY: Original theme song creation
If the third goal is met, then Seika’s original theme song will be created! It will of course be made with her Synthesizer V bank, as well as sung by her voice provider, Rika Tachibana!
Goal 4 ￥6,000,000 JPY: Synthesizer V AI database creation
Finally, if the crowdfunding campaign’s fourth goal is met, then an additional song voice database for Seika that is compatible with Synthesizer V AI will be made! Furthermore, if this goal is met, then donors who choose donation courses that get them Seika’s Synthesizer V product will instead get her Synthesizer V AI product!

It’s official! All goals have been met, and Seika’s Synthesizer V AI voice databases will be developed! Congratulations!
**UPDATE ON JANUARY 23, 2021**
Goal 5 ￥7,000,000 JPY: Hold a Creative Activity Event in Seika Town
Now that all stretch goals have been reached, Seika is now adding a fifth and final goal for the crowdfunder’s remaining 8 days!
Due to the cancellation of Comiket and many other conventions for creative minds to present and sell their works, these creators have lost much of their chances to share their works with their fans and the world.
Therefore, Seika now has the idea to hold such an event in Seika Town! This is actually something that Seika Town is planning to do to the best extent possible regardless of whether or not this fifth and final stretch goal is met. But reaching the goal and making it easier for the town to host the event will be a tremendous gesture to Seika Town and all of its creators!

Visit GREENFUNDING and click on where it says 会員登録 (member registration) in the upper-right corner.
On the registration page, fill in the following:

- 2. Your chosen password
- 3. Check the box to agree to their terms of use
- 4. Click here to have the confirmation email sent to you
- 5. Optional: you can also sign up with Facebook
Check your inbox for an email from GREENFUNDING. Open it, and click on the hyperlink that you see below in the red box:
And that should complete your GREENFUNDING account registration! If you ever wish to log in again, click on where it says ログイン (Log in) in the upper-right corner of a GREENFUNDING page, and enter your email and password again.
Donating
On the GREENFUNDING page for Seika’s campaign, choose your most preferred donation course from the above options by clicking on the hyperlink in their respective boxes (displaying how any donors that option has had so far; the below example shows 4 backers)
Then check and fill in the following information:
- 1. Donation amount (should be automatically filled in)
- 2. You comment of support for Seika! (optional)
- 3. Select this option to pay by credit down (should be automatically selected)
- 4. If you are an official Seika Town Supporter, enter your member number here
