Another week has passed since our previous update roundup for Project SEKAI Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku. That means a new event has begun, and many more updates have come to the game! Continue reading to see what to look forward to, and what you can even participate in for all things SEKAI!

Period of NOCTURNE Conclusion

Period of NOCTURNE, the latest Vivid BAD SQUAD event centered around Toya, concluded on February 7 at 8:59 PM (JST), and here’s what we got to enjoy!

Resounding Twilight Parade

And now we come to our newest game event, “響くトワイライトパレード / Resounding Twilight Parade!”

Shiho is still troubled by the invitation she got from Iori to join her band which will be going pro soon. Though Shiho constantly refuses, Iori is dead set on getting her to join, and even gives her tickets to see their next performance.

But then Shiho gets invited by Saki to hang out with Leo/need and Wonderlands×Showtime for a day for of fun, nostalgia, and bonding at Phoenix Wonderland, which Shiho decides to do instead! Does she make the right decision? Find out in “Resounding Twilight Parade!”

A bonus character who also has the bonus type will grant a +50% bonus in Event Points and Event Badges when you play with them in your main unit!

And yes, you’re seeing that correctly. A Wonderlands×Showtime version of Rin makes her story debut in this event! We’ve seen her perform and interact with the unit members before in past Virtual Lives, but never in an event story or area conversation until now!

Like Wonderlands×Showtime Miku, this Rin is super cheery and refers to herself in the third person (saying “Rin” instead of using first person pronouns). And in stark contrast to their Vivid BAD SQUAD versions, Wonderlands×Showtime Rin and Len seem to get along very well and want to do shows together!

For anyone wondering where’s she’s been all this time, MEIKO actually asks this very question, and Rin says that she’s been doing shows elsewhere and making people smile. That probably still leaves many people curious, but at least the Wonderland Sekai has gained another new family member who’s here to stay!

Costume Design Campaign Round 5

Contest period: February 1 ~ February 28 at 5:00 PM (JST)

The outfit design campaign is already on its 5th round! The theme this time is pirate, and many can already be found by searching the hashtags #プロセカ衣装デザイン and #海賊 together!

Song Contest ProSEKA NEXT Round 3

Contest Period: February 1 ~ March 31 at 5:00 PM (JST)

Also starting this month is the third round of the ProSEKA NEXT song contest! This time, there is no theme, and entrants may compose any kind of song they like and post it with the hashtag #プロセカNEXT on Twitter!

15th Nurimasu! Digital Art Contest

Contest Period: February 4 through February 24 at 11:59 PM (JST)

Finally, in a new change of pace, we have the first collaboration contest underway with Clip Studio Paint in the form of the 15th Nurimasu! Digital Art Contest! Now Project SEKAI fans are challenged to color in their favorite character card illustration in their own creative ways!

The eighth 25-ji, Night Radio de. online radio program aired at 25:00 on February 6 (or 1:00 AM on February 7) with all four members’ voice actresses – Kusunoki Tomori, Tanabe Rui, Suzuki Minori, and Satou Hinata – for the first time!

ProSEKA Story Theater

The Wonderlands×Showtime Unit Story live viewing and commentary with Hirose Daisuke and Machico streamed on February 7 starting at 2:00 PM (JST)! As always, they offered great insight into the characters and their story as the ones who voice them.

And finally, the last ProSEKA Story Theater has been announced to stream on February 14 at 2:00 PM (JST)! with Suzuki Minori and Satou Hinata who will be watching and commenting on the Unit Story for 25-ji, Night Code de.!

3,000,000 Users

Next comes the announcement that Project SEKAI Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku now has a whopping 3 million users registered and playing the game! Not bad for a game that isn’t even five months old yet!

To celebrate, 500 Crystals will be awarded to all players who log in before February 15 at 3:59 AM (JST), certainly not a difficult feat to perform given the generous reward we get for it!

Sweets Paradise Collaboration Café Conclusion

This week also saw the conclusion of the Project SEKAI collaboration cafes in Tokyo and Nagoya. You can read about the café, its menu, its available merchandise and more here!

For those who could not attend the cafe event, but would still like to own some of the merchandise that was made available there, you’re in luck! SPINNS is taking orders for online purchases of the merchandise from now until April 18, 2021!
